As a state licensed & insured contractor, we are certified to evaluate and diagnose most areas of structural concern.
We provide a 48 hour response for repairs & certifications and can have all your paperwork faxed directly to the title
company for processing. For a flat fee, ($150-250 depending on location) we will look at the cited damage and provide the
Certification Report or invoice for repairs to you and the lender. This allows the buyers or sellers to pay for the
repairs or certification at settlement. In addition to structural &
roof certifications, we may also provide well potability certifications, insect certifications, and septic certifications.
We can also assist you in any mold concerns.

Q: Why Do I Need A Licensed Contractor in Maryland? A: Because it's the law! Under Maryland Law,
a real estate agent that recommends an unlicensed home improvement contractor can be fined up to $5,000. This can be found
in the civil penalty (fine) provision of the Business Regulation Article, Sec. 8-620(a), Annotated
Code of Maryland.
