With over 15 years in the industry, AJ has scrutinized the building industry with special attention
to quality craftsmanship. Prior to starting his own company, AJ was a project manager for a small custom homes builder in
the summertimes while he worked on a college degree in Corporate Economics from St. Mary's College. After college,
he built new homes throughout the area ranging from $250,000 to $1,250,000. Over the years, AJ has developed relationships
with great contractors throughout various industries. This has allowed us to offer a greater variety of options to our
customers over the years. He oversees all projects, keeping quality control in check, and emanates the personal touch you
will come to know with AJ DeLuca Contractors.

With more than 25 years of experience in all phases construction throughout the immediate area,
we are very excited to have Ed as a part of our family.
Ed has extensive experience in trouble shooting and maintenance
work as well as remodeling and new construction. There are very few projects that we complete that have not been aided
by his motivation and efficiency. Ed has been a part of more projects and design than most carpenters you will ever
come across, he is a great person to run your ideas past.

Mark was introduced to us by his brother Matt and started with us in the Fall of 2007. He came from
the new construction industry and was running framing crews on production housing projects. Mark brings a lot of productivity
and efficiency to our remodeling projects that really separates us from our competitors. He has really helped us bridge
the gap between quality work and efficient schedules. This translates directly into staying on budget for the homeowner.
